We’ll guide you in identifying your baseline behaviors and recognizing the "glitch"—the moments where you feel out of sync with your true self.
3. Goals and authenticity Here, we’ll focus on setting your personal "finish line," the ultimate goal that aligns with your values. You’ll also work on finding and expressing your true voice, the key to staying authentic in all situations.
4. Emotional regulation In this episode, we’ll break down what emotions really are and teach you techniques to regulate them. You’ll also gain insights into the fight-or-flight response and how to manage it effectively.
5. Confidence and Credibility Learn how to use credible language, along with strategic body language and voice techniques, to project confidence. We’ll also cover how to "brag" effectively without coming off as arrogant.
6. Socializing and Likeability Discover the relationship rule—the three types of people everyone tends to like—and how to nail small talk to leave a memorable impression in social settings.
7. Charisma This episode focuses on the recipe for charisma, breaking down what makes someone truly magnetic. We’ll also teach you how to harness charm in your interactions.
8. Influence and Persuasion Finally, we’ll explore the psychological mechanisms that might stand in your way and show you how to present ideas so persuasively that others are naturally inclined to go along with them.

Anna Ekblom, Public Speaker and Coach
Anna has seven years experience and has trained thousands of people in persuasive communications all over the world and in a variety of fields. She has a bachelor degree in rhetoric and a bachelor degree in psychology from Lund University. She has previously been a consultant and part-owner at Snacka Snyggt Rhetoric Agency.
